As the President of Morristown Youth Football, Greg’s role involves visionary leadership, strategic planning, and fostering positive relationships. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, he'll ensure policies align with our mission, manage conflict resolution, develop and promote culture, and promote inclusivity, sportsmanship, integrity and the overall growth of the league.

Secretary
As the Secretary of Morristown Youth Football, Amanda plays a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency involving meticulous documentation of meetings and decisions. Collaborating closely with leadership, she manages correspondence, helps coordinate events, and ensures compliance, contributing significantly to the league's positive culture and promoting events through administrative and collaborative efforts.

Collaborating closely with leadership, her responsibilities include overseeing budget development, tracking financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing financial guidance, contributing significantly to the league's fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Football Operations Liaison
The Football Operations Liaison serves as the primary manager and support system for head coaches across all youth football divisions, including K-2, 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8, while maintaining significant involvement in the 9-12 program. This role is central to ensuring a unified coaching philosophy and fostering a high standard of player development and sportsmanship. Working closely with the core Board Members (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer), the Liaison provides critical input on head coaching appointments and decisions, contributing to the strategic growth of the league. Dustin is tasked with cultivating effective communication, resolving coaching-related challenges, and upholding the league’s mission to promote excellence and enjoyment in youth football.

Communications and Grants Manager
As the Communications and Grants Manager for Morristown Youth Football, April’s role involves elevating the league's profile through a comprehensive communication strategy and engaging content creation. Additionally, she plays a crucial part in managing the grant-seeking process, conducting research, developing compelling proposals, and collaborating closely with leadership for accurate and impactful grant applications, ensuring the league's success in communication and funding endeavors.

Corporate and Private Partnerships Manager
As the Corporate and Private Partnerships Manager for Morristown Youth Football, Jeanette’s role involves driving the league's success through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include securing partnerships, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring excellent stewardship, contributing valuable insights on partnership performance and actively identifying new opportunities for the league's growth and impact.
BRITTANI BAKER
Team Liasion Manager
The Team Liaison Manager serves as the primary coordinator and support system for all Team Parents within the league. This role oversees the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing communication with Team Parents, ensuring each team is equipped with reliable volunteer support for games and events. Responsibilities include maintaining volunteer coverage, appointing a Game Day Volunteer Coordinator, and acting as a vital link between Team Parents, coaching staff, and the Board. The position fosters a cohesive and efficient team environment, supporting the overall success of league operations.
